Hi everyone

I've burnt my Asus Zephyrus M16 GU603HM-K8030R motherboard and since it was imported from a different country Asus can't fix it for me (I would need to travel back to the origin and fix it there).
So, a local repair company was able to fix my motherboard and the only missing piece is the EC firmware. We need to install the proper EC firmware in the motherboard for it to work (every other issue was fixed), but we're not being able to find the EC firmware anywhere, since it is a pretty new notebook model.

A friend of mine told me that I can extract the EC firmware from the BIOS directly, but neither me, nor the repair company, know how to do it.
Anyone can help me extracting it? Or at least point me to the right direction?

Thanks!

Hi! Thanks for your reply :)

Actually, the problem is in the EC itself, not the BIOS. The tech guy that fixed the computer replaced the SuperIO and we need to rewrite the EC firmware to make the mobo starts.

Don't know if that helps you to understand the problem.

Hello odelucca, I've similar issue...could you solve the issue and fix your laptop? Thank you.
