How can I find what is using my memory

I have high memory usage on Windows 7. How can I find what program or application are using the memory?

Do Cntrl+Shift+Esc to bring up the task manager. Then click the processes tab and click on the memory column to sort by memory. If you want even more detail, you can click on the Performance tab, then click on resource monitor on the bottom. There is a whole section dedicated to memory usage.
