I just got my Gigabyte G1 gaming GTX 970 and I have an h440 but I can't fit it into my case, I removed all the hard drives bays but not the cover. How do I remove the cover, if there is one?

You don't make much sense. What cover are you talking about? TO remove the HDD cage you would have had to remove the case side panel to gain access to the inside of the case.

The NZXT H440 specifications says that after removing a HDD cage, you will have 406.2 mm clearance for a GPU.

The specifications for your GV-N970G1 GAMING-4GD card says that it's length is 312 mm.

All that remains is to remove the bracket at the back, fit the card in, connect it to power and then connect yor monitor to the outputs on the card and you should be good to go.

The cover that I'm talking about is the thing that holds all the hard drives, you put your hard dr8be onto the one of sliders and then slide those 2 things into the part where it hides it. You know on the part where the window isn't showing on the right side of the window panel, that part where the window isn't showing is where the hard drives are staying. Isn't that the braket your talking about?

It almost sounds like you're describing the hard drive cages.

Take a picture with your finger pointing to the part under discussion.

Mounting brackets are at the back of the case and is where the card has outside connectors.

No I didn't mean to give you the solution answer I meant to give to vic. I can only access this account on my phone because I lost the password. It doesn't give me an option to change the solution sorry vic I'll try to look for a way.
