I just bought a MSI RX 570 4gb ARMOR OC and a i3 9100f, the thing is gpu fans wont move, not at startup nor while gaming amd adrenalin tells gpu temp gets over 90º yet shows 0 rpm and visually checking fans ain't moving, It wouldnt have called my attention if it wasn't cause the pc is shutting down at the middle of the games, what can I do?
