[SOLVED] How Can I Fix It?

So iam have the Rx580 (OEM) Version And I noticed that while gaming the temp will be high af so i look at the fans they are working and everything i even made a msi afterburner fan plan but i noticed its not rinning as fast as it should be i tried ton put my finger in the middle of it and i am surprised that the fan ran fast as it should be so should i just open the gpu and try re installing the fans or what?

i fixed my problem it was that the fan wasnt installed well and the paste was bad
