How can I fix may Asus laptop, not appearing the screen windows, but the battery and the brightness of bulb are functioning?

Hi everyone, I need your help guys, how can I fix may Asus 5XXXI laptop, it's a brand new laptop then, I never use it everyday since I bought that laptop, may last use on that one week ago, then now I open it but it's no screen appearing, but I tried to plug in the cord and the battery and the bulb light are functioning, what I can I do fix it?

If it's brand new DON"t try to fix it. You may void the warranty. Have it repaired for free while it's under warranty

But sir, the laptop bought in Dubai while here in the Philippines and I also I misplace the warranty receipt.

Yes possible it's the LCD. Unplug the power cord and then remove the battery. Then reconnect the battery and power cord and power on again.

But sir the battery is inside the laptop, oh my gosh, it's a brand new laptop . And what's the cause of lcd damage ?
