Question How can i fix my CPU bottleneck without upgrading my pc?????

When i play games my CPU usage is 100 and GPU 45-50. And sometimes i face BSOD due to this.

i5 7400 3.00 Ghz
GTX 1070
8x2 2400Mhz RAM
1 TB HDD
128GB SSD
Monitor Acer 185W80PS
Motherboard MSI b250m pro-vdh

Bottlenecks do not cause BSODs

Your system has other problems, those problems may even be causing performance to be reduced.

Please share with us additional detail. What games crash, what version of Win 10 are you running, what are you doing when they crash, does it happen randomly or within a certain time period of playing?

Windows 10 Pro version 1909

Whenever i am playing games my CPU usage is high and gpu is low due to this i face little bit lag then suddenly blue screen prompts and pc restarts and this happens randomly. Even when i am streaming my gpu usage is 50 and cpu 100 and while i am not streaming cpu 90-100 and GPU 45-50.

GTA V RP(Fivem)
COD Warzone
CS GO
And many more games

When i play game like COD Warzone my pc lags very much. i have to close every application even discord too.

BSOD Message
Kernel security check failure
System service exception

You're overheating, that's why the bluescreen happens. Warzone is not going to run well on those specs; I had a 1070 and it ran bad as it was, and that was with an 8700k.

What cooler are you using?
