Question how can i fix my excessive RAM usage?

i allready have excessive RAM usage on PC start up with no programs on the task menager showing up using that much RAM.

for now i have come to the conclusion that is not the a RAM problem but mybe a memory leak.

Looks normal usage for having 15 Chrome Windows open.

didn't notice that... lol
still doesn't really matter how many windows i have if its 15% in total...
just goolged... its just the chrome expansions that i have showing up as another process.
witch the majority of them don't consume almost any RAM so..
