Question How can I fix my graphic card?

My GTX 1050 Ti 4gb Low Profile magically stopped giving video one day, but it had been used only for approximately 4 months.
When I turn on my PC, all it does is activate the two fans it has and that's it. I have tried changing the port and it does not work on any. help please i'm desperate

Was the card purchased brand new or used?

Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model.

Need more info as mentioned above, also did you try a different monitor? Just shooting in the dark.
