So I have a Dell Inspiron 3847 and people say the WiFi sucks on them. Sometimes when I'm doing something, the WiFi will disconnect. And on discord I lag literally all the time and sometimes things I say take minutes for my friends to hear them so when I say ew you have a 560? That will come out when were talking about pringles or something. I have 250mbps internet and only get 50mbps and I can't even play Rainbow Six Siege anymore because of this. Is it the WiFi card or is it some setting that makes everything not work. I've tried resetting the router and new drivers but nothing works. Please help, 'm tired of getting 1222 ping on discord and 4000 ping on Rainbow.

Solution
Go to Device Manager
Under Network adapters right click the Dell Wireless and select Uninstall device.
Reboot.
Upon rebooting Windows will load drivers.

You could also manually download the drivers from Microsoft Update Catalog.
https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Search.aspx?q=1705

Those Dell Wireless (DW 1705 & 1707) are know for having connectivity issues and low speed.
They only support the congested 2.4GHz band
I have replaced them from several Inspiron laptops with the Intel Wireless AC 7265 which have both 2.4GHz & 5GHz bands.
Uninstall the Dell
