[SOLVED] How can I fix my memory not running close to speeds it's supposed to?

So I have a Lenovo system with 8gbs of memory that's supposed to run at 2400MHz on each stick, However, both sticks don't even hit 1200MHz. I tried to go into the bios, but couldn't find the XMP config but couldn't. Anyone know what to do?

ddr mean double data rate.
1200x2 is 2400
