How can I fix my NVIDIA HD audio?

So basically, it shows from the audio device manager that there is indeed sound coming from the PC, and it is being picked up from the HD audio. Thing is, I cant hear it ._. any ideas?

Did you try to use your TV/monitor built in speaker?
