Question How can I fix my pc?

So I built my own pc about 2 weeks ago.
Ryzen 5 3600
b450 tomohawk
16 gb ddr4 ram
hyper evo 212
geforce rtx 2060
2 tb hard drive
NZXT h500 case
So everything was working fine once I flashed my bios so my b450 works with my gen 3 ryzen. However, the past few days when I try starting my pc my ram lights up, my fans spin crazy fast, but my motherboard isn't recognizing my cpu, and i'm getting a red cpu light. I've tried reseating my cpu, my ram and plugging in and out my cables but nothing is working. Sometimes it boots up and works. Sometimes it doesn't and i'm not sure what the problem is.

When I reset my bios nothing changed, it still won’t work
