at the first i'm sorry for my grammatical mistakes
recently i tried to restore my acer 5742 laptop to factory by it's back up DVDs. at the end of restoring process i saw this error:
"Preload.exe is not a valid Win32 application."
after clicking on OK, restore was finished and system was restarted. but windows can not be start and writes " system installing device". what i can to do?
