when I am opening the need for speed there is only a little map in the bottom right corner like on the photo. no speedometer, no nitro bar. and in the garage I can't see anything

That's a link to Facebook which requires login to see. A lot of people (for obvious reasons) don't trust Facebook. I suggest you use a reputable free image hosting site like imgur.com. https://imgur.com
