[SOLVED] How can I fix this weird graphic error (picture provided in the post)

Try creating an Ubuntu live USB. Boot into Ubuntu and use it for a while. If the problem persists. It is likely a hardware issue. Usually artifacts like that are the GPU. But this is a pretty painless test.

You can also try to clean install your graphics drivers. The nVidia installer should have a clean install option. You can also try something more thorough like DDU.

Just tried sfc/scannow and it says that some files are corrupted but it can't repair them.
So I tried DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth and DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
