Question How can i fix this?

i loged in my hotmail and my jaw droped.Someone requested from Steam,EA and Epic store email changes.Now im locked out of steam and other platforms.I changed password on my hotmail and i send tickets to recover those account. What else should i do? is a virus in windows? is it something else ? any advice what should i do next to get clean and to prevent future actions like this?

i would definitely do some malware scans.

if using Windows 10/11 you can try using their built-in anti-malware.
there are many other 3rd party options you can use; some free, some with a trial time period.

if you're still paranoid about infection even after scanning, detecting, possibly removing malicious data
you can perform a fresh OS install after formatting all connected disks.

what should i do next to get clean and to prevent future actions like this?

don't visit shady sites,
don't download files from untrusted sources,
don't install software from other untrusted sources,
set up better internal system defenses(whether that be the OS itself and/or a 3rd party security suite).
