Question how can i fix windows very slow boot?

I have windows 10 intel core i5-62000u
Problem ===slow boot system
In my pc there was dual operating system (win 10 and win 7) for some week it was work well ..
After a week the win 7 not functional totally diapered from booting system I cant find it any where
Now my big problem is slow booting system I receive critical error in event viewer ‘’ Critical 5142019 32211 AM Diagnostics-Performance 100 Boot Performance Monitoring”
How can I fix it?

My first thought is that your hard drive is most likely dying.

what does it mean? i am sure hard drive work well!!
