How Can I force Vsync in with AMD Crimson software?

Hello,

I play games like Grand Theft Auto 5, Assassin's Creed 4, Watch dog.

When I turn on vsync in game, Games run with 60fps but frequently drops to 30 fps. I can fix them my alt+tab method and in GTA 5 by re-enabling vsync. But that's pretty much annoying to do it every time I play.

Can I force Vsync through AMD crimson software? If yes please be kind enough to explain how.

And please don't suggest RadeonPro. I really hate to use a software which is dead for years.

Easy enough: Open the Crimson software>Gaming>Global Settings>Wait for Vertical Refresh, enable. No need to save, it'll be applied straight away.

I checked it with all the games. But it doesn't work. Any ideas why?
