How can i forgot the password in reset it using my ease acces

I'm locked out of my laptop because of 2 things a password in my non working keyboard help pls I have try to put in all the password i know I try to hit for get password nothing my keyboard don't work all I can use is ease of access it's a HP laptop window 7
