Hi, i found recently old "HP Compaq dc5800 Small Form Factor " PC's motherboard. And owner says it was working a week ago. But i couldn't find power button's pins and i couldn't start it. Service manual doesn't point out exactly power button pins. Also there is a diagnotistic led and when i plug the psu to mb (Without using any power button pins) it turns green. It's meaning "computer on" for the manual but even cpu fan pins doesn't have voltages. How can i figure out this it doesn't look broken.

Thank You.

Thank you for comments. But any combinations doesn't work. I connected psu to powermeter and it just stay 2.3w no differences. So it is a broken motherboard (For the manual and diagnotistic led i think its not but) or any ideas?
