How can I get 2.8 (Or even 2.5)ghz again?

Battery came out of my motherboard and my clocks got reset. Got my PC from someone so I don't know what they did

I do have old CPU-Z pics.

go to DFI website and download the motherboard menu, and read everything under bios and you will understand how to change setting.

How would I go about changing the Multiplier?

It's under the cpu multiplier option in your bios.

Change it to 11x, like before, and estimate the voltage needed. Then run Prime95 small FFT's for 8 hours to see that it's stable.
