[SOLVED] How can i get around my HP laptops fan control restrictions?

My HP laptop 14s does not offer any fan control in the bios settings and the use of third party software to control fan speeds in restricted too. would there be a workaround to this? could i flash a new bios to enable control?

Unknown. Would you TRUST a BIOS that has been hacked on by a random person? That is a great way to brick a laptop.
Thermals on a laptop are very limited, so the restrictions are there to protect the device.
