How can i get better fps in Arma 3?

How can i get better fps in arma 3? what should I upgrade? i only get 18-30 fps on standard.
PC specs:
CPU: AMD FX-6100
MAINBOARD: ASRock N68-VS3 FX
MEMORY: 8GB DDR3
GPU NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 760
PSU:700 WATT

better cpu and possibley better gpu but arma 3 is 1.) not as optimized as it should be and 2.) its very cpu intensive. You do have a decent cpu but if you want more than you should upgrade. I have a i5 4670k and a 780 and i dont ever see that 780 reach 100% utilization so that tells you focus on cpu

If I upgraded to a FX 6300 will i get very much better fps in multiplayer??
