How can I get clip art to download into my publication?

Hello,
I am a long time user of Microsoft Publisher and never had a problem until today. I was unable to download clip art into my publication although I could see the art I wanted. Some where I read that perhaps I had deleted the "cookies" that made this down load possible. If so, how do I restore? If not, do you know how to solve my problem? BJC

Try saving the image to your Desktop first.
