I have the TV screen connected to my PC with HDMI cable, and i basically have the TV as second monitor on my PC.

I want the movie to play on the TV for my girlfriend with the movie audio coming from the TVs speakers, while i can play a game on the PC and hear the game audio from my headset.

Solution
Depending on the browser you use for Netflix, see if there is an option to select the audio option just like in Windows Media Player. Failing that, see if your game has an audio option.

Also, based on my test, certain application such as Windows Media Player has a sound output option. To change the settings, please open Windows Media Player, click Tools, Options, click Devices tab, double click Speakers in the Devices list, pull down the Select the audio device and then choose the device you would like to play the music from Windows Media Player, click OK. We may play another song in the play list to take effect.

I tested this in Windows 10 using media player to my headphones and a YouTube video to my speakers. It worked.

That worked, but if i want like... Movie from netflix, with my web browser, how do i make that work?

I figured out an easy way to solve my problem, what i do is that i have my headset plugged in, and the game sounds come automatically from the headset and then when i put netflix from browser for my girlfriend, i use an Chrome extension called "Audiopick" which allows me to select that what device plugged into the pc it uses to output the media audio. Its simple, i just select my Samsung TV from the dropdown menu! :) Try it if you are having this problem also!
