How can I get my dell AIO printer 924 to work with HP windows 8 computer?

You can't use the 924 on Windows 8 because that model dates back to 2005 and Dell has decided not to release a Windows 8 driver for it. It's very unlikely you'll find a driver for it anywhere else.
