How can i get my graphics card to support shader model 3.0? Which graphics card do i need if i need a new one?

I'm trying to play a game that requires shader model 3.0 but i don't know how to make my graphics card support it.

You can't make a graphics...


You can't make a graphics card support a shader model because it comes with the gpu's architecture and updates that either AMD or Nvidia put out. Don't expect to play games with intel onboard vga. Go buy a dedicated card to do that.
