my case is old and odesnt have any screws holding it into place
the man who fitted my gtx 660 hadto use pliers and rip off two metals plate to insert the back of the gpu
when i press the WHITE LEVER i can lift up one SIDE of my GPU
but i cant get it fully out because the back part wont shift

ive tried pushing it inwards so it will come out when both sides are up (but i cant get both sides uP)

and im scared incase i break something

any tips please

Solution
I see, the card only lifts from the side opposite to the lever?

Push the card back into the slot just how it was before, push down the lever fully and instead of pulling it out push it to the left (so bracket moves away from rear of case), then pull up.

I did, it was off at the time and it wasnt shifting, maybe unless i basically put near enough all my force into it, then it might come out but believe me it isnt shifting

i did have the adapter off dude?

but its back on because i stopepd trying to get it out yesterday

yes thats right it does.

but okay ill try wat you said, not sure how much force to do though im a bit scared.

sorted! there was a little bracket with a bolt holding it into plate! i knw there was something as it was almost impossible!

my gpu is out and now in anti static packaging ready for me tomorrow to install into my new pc

thank you ever so much for your help this afternoon! means a lot.
