Hello, can anyone help me repair my startup disc? i can't get past this screen or do anything! I am using my ibook to write this!

Could you be more specific? What OS version, and if this is your boot hard disk or not? From first impressions, looks like your OS was corrupted and might need to be reinstalled. Have you tried starting Windows in safe mode?
