How can I get read of this error GfxUI exe

when i start up my computer i get this error....."windows can not find "GfxUI.exe.; what can I do to fix this problem?

Its one of three things...

1, Graphics driver needs reinstalling...

2, Virus...

3, .NET error...

From a 2 second google search of GfxUI.exe it appears its the drivers for your intel onboard graphics. Reinstall the drivers.
