My laptop has begun showing messages stating that it can't get any Windows updates due to insufficient disk space. I searched for any work arounds and found an article with directions using two USB flash drives so I purchased them but the fix didn't work. Can someone please tell me how I can do this?

Thank you in advance to anyone who can assist with this!

My laptop is a Lenovo Ideapad 120S-14IAP

Means your hdd is pretty full. Backup and delete some stuff.

That's a problem because I don't have anything to delete.

I bought this laptop to use at work for troubleshooting internet issues as well as for browsing the internet. I don't save docs, pics, vids, or music to it so I have nothing to delete other than temp files which I've done already.

That's what I was afraid of. How can I determine if the HHD is upgradable in my laptop or is an external HHD my only option?

you should be able to lookup the specs for your latop by the model number on lenovo's website. it will give you a breakdown of the specs of your latop and what kinds of storge device is used. the drive in the latop could either be a SATA or the newer M.2 Type drives
