The specs:
CPU: Intel Core i5-4670 CPU @ 3.40GHz
CPU Cooler: Stock Intel fan (I know its trash)
Motherboard:ASRock > Fatal1ty Z87 Killer
Memory:Avexir 32GB (4x8GB)
Video Card:MSI GeForce GTX Titan X 12GB
Case:NZXT Switch 810 Case Matte Black
Power Supply:Cooler Master: Silent Pro Gold 800W
Operating System:Windows 8.1 Pro 64bit
Cooling: Stock NZXT fans
Monitor: BenQ BL3201PT 32in 4K UHD Widescreen IPS Monitor
I'm so sorry if I was not very specific as I am not very familiar with computers at all.
I know the cooling is absolutely trash but I've been doing as much research as I can and I think this would be the best place to find advice. I usually can run Fallout 4 on 50-60 fps on high with anti-aliasing off (however it does drop to 30 commonly) however I feel like there is so much room for improvement.
With Christmas coming up I've saved up a fair bit so money is not really an issue.
Thank you in advance for any responses.
