I'm making my 2nd pc build and I'm just wondering if theres a way to replace some of the parts with better ones in the very similar price range or if some of the parts have frequent issues.
Ryzen 5 5600
Pure Rock 2
MSI B550 GEN3
OLOy CL18 (4 Sticks)
RX7600
NZXT H5
A650BN
I already have a 870 evo for the SSD

OLOy CL18 (4 Sticks)
if this is two separate 2x module kits, replace with a single 2x module kit of the same capacity.
this is a lower quality MAG series unit.
replace with something with at least a 7 year warranty, preferably 10 year.
what is your intention for the system?

gaming;
what games in particular,
what in-game settings are you looking to use,
how long do you plan on it being viable before upgrading parts?

the RX 7600 is a fairly low performance card.
if you game a lot and want good performance with higher in-game settings, you will want a more powerful card.

Please see the link in my sig, regarding asking for upgrade/build advice, and report back here. A pc partpicker link of your proposed build helps to. I have some ideas for improvement, but need more information.
Approximate Purchase Date: I don't need it immediately and don't have a time frame.

Budget Range: 700-800 (A little over is fine)

System Usage from Most to Least Important: General browsing and gaming

Are you buying a monitor: No

Do you need to buy OS: Yes (Windows 10)
Please note that if you're using an OEM license of Windows, you will need a new one when buying a new motherboard.

Preferred Website(s) for Parts:
Amazon.com

Location: Florida, United States

Parts Preferences: AMD

Overclocking: No

SLI or Crossfire: No SLI not sure what Crossfire is.

Your Monitor Resolution:
1920x1080

Additional Comments: Quiet with no RGB and good temperatures.

And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: My current build is small form factor can't be upgraded anymore and runs some games with lag or have to be played on low settings.

Sorry if I did this wrong I don't usually post anything on any forums much.

If you can stretch the budget further, then getting a 5700x3d would be much better.

How far from Miami are you? A Microcenter just opened there. Their bundle deals are hard to beat. With your budget, I would put it all towards hardware, and worry about the windows license later. You can run it unlicensed, until you have the money to buy said license. You will get a semi annoying watermark, and lose some customization, but still get all the security updates.
