I am not able to run high graphics game on my pc due to availability of low graphics. My pc has OS Windows 10, RAM -: 2gb, processor -: Intel Core 2 Duo 2.13GHz, Graphics Card -: Inbuilt Intel express chipset family 256mb

If you can access the bios, look to see if there is a setting to change the amount of ram that the graphics adapter has dedicated.
The default is likely 256mb.

Since you have only 2gb in your pc total, there is precious room to increase vram, even if it is possible.
What is your motherboard?
What ram do you currently have installed?
CPU-Z will tell you.

You might be able to add 2gb and run in dual channel mode.
That would help with both graphics speed and your game.
