How can i increase my League of legends fps ?

I was playing league of legends with 30fps , when suddenly it got reduced by it own to 10 fps and it goes lower each time i play , i need to raise it again , Help me !!! thanks

System specs? It is definately a drop in fps and not lag?

Does this happen at a particular time, like a group fight?

Not lag, that's for sure. And yes , in team fights it drops to like 3 or 2 fps , it used to drop in team fights when i had 30 fps to 25 but that's normal
