[SOLVED] How can I install El Capitan with a non working usb port?

Whenever i try to install el capitan after the restart, i get this kernal panic. Any help? btw one of my usbs don't work im guessing thats the problem but how can I install El Capitan?

Normally when I try to reinstall my mac I just use CMD + R in the startup and choose the option to install from the internet instead of using a USB. Hopefully this will answer your question on how you should install without a USB port
