you set up your bios to boot up from dvd as first boot option. you insert your windows 7 dvd and follow the on-screen menus

actually it's amazing as how i saw just early this afternoon a shop selling, win7 ultimate full retail for 230$ and a windows 7 ultimate full product for 259.99$ in the same shop which i believe that a full product(FPP) should be the same as the full retail(FPP) but just wondering why they are selling it separate and on such a ripoff price too, but anyways

Same way you install it with an operating system. Put cd in drive, set bios to boot from cd. Install.
