Question How can I join these two partitions ?

Hi,

I had two partitions. One is full of data the other was empty. In Disk mgmt I extened the volume hioping to craete oen large partition for thw whole disk.
It said it had to be a Simple Vol.
Now I see two partitions both with the same Drive letter.
In Win 10 64 Explorer it shows as one disk with all the files and folders from that full partition.
How can I get it to be the one partition please?
