How can I know this is go stepping or B3 stepping?

I am looking for a quad CPU but how can I know this is a go/B3 stepping from the box? Anybody knows?

Is there ANY other way to tell ? I lost my box a long time ago..... my E6600 is at 3.45Ghz on Air cooling ( 9700) think that's GO or B3 ? Or is there just no way to tell

just checked CPU Z looks like B3, I had thought It did get a revision, er maybe that was the Q6600, so confuzzing sometimes.
