I have a amd radeon hd 7450 and a intel core 2 duo e7500 (i plan to upgrade both). Is there any way i can know which one is weaker (so i upgrade it first). Or do you guys know already?
I have 8 gb ddr3 ram

Solution
A shiny new i5-7400 or the like has onboard graphics that are faster than an HD7450, so you could do that immediately and be better off.
Well, GPU and CPU really. HD7450 was pretty low end when it came out, entry level gaming card was considered the 7750 and ideally the 7770.

If you wanted to save a little money you could do a new build around that DDR3, but it almost isn't worth it.

Depending on the motherboard, you might look into getting a used Core 2 Quad 8000/9000 series and finding a faster GPU to drop in. Assuming there is enough power available.

I mean, im going to get a brand new motherboard with an i3 or i5 with more than 3 ghz (im probably going do get the cpu first because i play a lot of source engine games) and then im going to get gtx 1050 ti
