Question How can I make A RGB fan work.....

Hello all.

Can I make the A RGB work with this MOBO? my issue below.

A hub?

Adapter?

Anything?

or do I need to upgrade the MOBO?

I bought the Matrexx 55 from deepcool which comes with 3 ARGB fans in the front.

I got the deepcool AIO captain 240pro for the top

I am wanting to get ONE more ARGB fan for the back. Now I ordered this one:

DEEPCOOL CF120, Customizable Addressable RGB LED Lighting, Motherboard SYNC by 5V ADD-RGB 3-pin Header, SYNC with Other ADD-RGB Devices, 120mm PWM Fan

Please tell me it will work?

My asus 450f-gaming mobo has 2 4pin rgb headers. is there a alternate way of powering argbs without a 3 pin header?

That MB (same one I have) only has 4 pin Non-addressable RGB headers so you will need a 3 pin Addressable RGB controller for those fans.
Here's on that should work with your MB but it is pretty pricey:

This one might work but only has 1 Addressable RGB header:

Ok then. I bought the Corsair 3 pack 120 rgb fans and it came with a hub controller. Will that controller work with a deep cool fan?

As long as they both have 3 pin Addressable connections it should work.
