How Can I Make My Boot Time Faster?

Hi, I have a Asus P8P67 motherboard and I want to make my boot times faster but the American Megatrends Screen pops up and takes about 10 seconds of time before I get to my desktop. Is there any way i can disable this screen?

look for a fast boot option in bios

disable in bios any raid controllers you arent using

yh enabled fast boot in BIOS and also might try using SSD

I have an SSD but it seems like fast boot was not around the time of the p67 time
