How can i make my CPU fan spin faster?

I just installed a Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO and it seems really good. Its silent on most games yet cools below 61 degress which is max for my CPU. The only issue I have is when I play battlefield 4 it varies from 58 - 65 degrees but my fan dosn't change speeds at all its absolutely silent spinning fairly slowly. How can I make it spin faster cooling better when I play battlefield 4?

Have you tried changing fan profiles via uefi or fanxpert software? You could also manually adjust PWM settings under Qfan control in UEFI for specific Temp/% of fan speed.

have you confirmed the RPMs do not increase with hwinfo app or similar?

It could be that it IS spinning faster but you hear no change

You can adjust your cooling curve in the BIOS for the cpu fan. There are 3rd party utilities you could use to adjust your fan speeds (SpeedFan). Asus probably has a utility that will adjust fan speeds as well (pc probe ii).
