Question How can I make my PC quieter? (3rd Party Software if possible)

I do not understand the "3rd party software" requirement?

Software is not going to fix a hardware problem which is likely the cause of the noise.

But more information is needed.

First identify the source(s) of the noise.

Open the case if necessary to pin point the source. If you have not done such things before find a knowledgeable family member or friend to help. You can damage your computer or even hurt yourself if you starting poking into things.

Is the noise in the case (a fan, PSU, a hard drive) speakers, headset?

Second, describe the noise:

Is the noise a hum, a rattle, a buzz, perhaps crackling, maybe some clicking noises?

Some fixes such as a rattle may be easy to fix.

Other noise such as clicking (hard drive) could lead to system failure and data loss.
