hello

a little backstory so you may find it easier to understand why I need this.

I am autistic, and disabled, my main "desk" area is my bed, where I have a nice comfortable setup. Due to this, I sometimes fall asleep when on the PC, I will randomly fall asleep due to the medication I take, mostly for extremely high pain levels. So, I have set my PC to go and sleep if no activity after x minutes. However I share my bed with my cats, and if I move the mouse/press a key on my keyboard, the PC will wake up and stay in the lockscreen. I normally wake up enough to turn my mouse and keyboard off, but not enough to turn power to my tv, turn the tv on, turn my mouse on, then click sleep, then turn everything else off.

So, I have googled and tried to find a solution but unable to find anything for this issue. Is this possible?

thank you

You might be able to make some use of Task Scheduler. Certain events can be used to trigger end user defined actions.

Depending on circumstances and details you may have a number of options:

https://windowsreport.com/schedule-automatic-shutdown-windows-10/

Keep in mind that you may be able to incorporate some DOS batch file or Powershell script.

And do not forget that many devices now have built in sleep/power saving modes of their own. Your TV may be able to independently shut down after some x number of minutes.

All in all you will likely need to make some trade-offs so think about the overall requirements and priorities.
