As i mentioned my RAM isnt working on the advertised speed,it is running on 2133 mhz while the advertised speed is 3200 mhz.untill now have done the following steps:
I ran windows memory check and it showed that my RAM is fine.
I tried XMP but it didnt work (I turned my pc on but i had black screen).
I have contacted corsair and asked them if my ram is compatible with my system and they told me that it is.
MY system:
Corsair Vengance 2X8 gb cl 16 3200 mhz(the exact Rev is:CMK16GX4M2B3200C16 ).
Gigabyte aourus elite b450
Amd ryzen 5 3600(stock cooling)

  1. With the XMP not loaded, boot to windows and check the SPD settings using CPU-Z. Record the settings for ALL XMP profiles - take a photo.
  2. Goto BIOS with the XMP profile loaded, check the settings in the BIOS now match the XMP profiles from previous step
  3. If they don't match manually change the RAM settings to match - check the voltage is correct too.
  4. save and reboot
  5. If you still have issues, relax the RAM timings a bit CL 16 => CL 17 etc and save/reboot - remember to increase Trfc to match the new timings.
  6. If you're still getting failures, RMA the RAM and try a different brand?
read this it may be a bit detailed but it should help https://www.gamersnexus.net/guides/3333-memory-timings-defined-cas-latency-trcd-trp-tras
