So, I have OEM Dell motherboard of my Optiplex 7020, And I did not really find anything useful about the BIOS of the motherboard of my optiplex 7020, So how can I make sure its BIOS is up to date and optimized for gaming?

Generally, you do not mess with updating the BIOS unless there is a specific issue, that a specific BIOS update addresses.

And you get them only from the manufacturer (Dell). You update it exactly how the manufacturer (Dell) states to do it.

It seems the newest BIOS (version A03) for your PC was realesed in 2015:
https://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/04/drivers/driversdetails?driverid=rfvm2

And it is an OEM system so it is definitely NOT optimized for anything other than the minimum requirements to run your OS and a web browser.
OEMs purposely disable optimization settings in their BIOS so they don't have to deal with support issues caused by users tweaking the settings.

PS
Run CPUz and click on the Motherboard tab and look at the BIOS section to see what BIOS you currently have.

Is my motherboard capable of gaming? Does motherboard even matter?
