How can I make this build significantly cheaper?

Find a cheaper case. Get a much smaller hard drive. But that's not going to drop the price by much.

There's nothing to change. You already have a cheap motherboard. A cheaper PSU is just going to risk frying your new pc. You don't have anything fancy in the way of storage and your ram is standard amount 8GB. Where do you expect to cut costs?

a fraction cheaper . But improved in some critical ways IMO

The case is identical externally but with the Prodigy M you get a better range of expansion options
