How can I make use of these speakers

I extracted these two speakers from my old audio system. Is there any way I can connect them to my TV or PC?

Those speakers require an amplifier. They also require an enclosure to function optimally. If you wanted to build cases for them and purchase an amp, you could use them, but they are of limited value.

If your TV has a headphone jack you can try connecting them there. That may not play them loud enough.
You could open the TV and extend the wiring that connects the internal speakers to them. Not electrically complicated but it would void the TV warranty.
The speakers should be in some kind of box. You can make one that the TV sits on.
